How to Solve the Problem
Most of the problems in Ole Ole Bali that we faced are involving the service and professionalism of the staff. One of the way to solve this problem is to train the staff well. They could be sent for trainings outside the restaurant that could improve their performance in the restaurant. The restaurant should give out the feedback form to the customers, so the owner of the restaurant knows the performance of the staffs.The price of the food is quite expensive because they serve a huge amount of food for example, for the chicken they serve half of chicken with rice, and also for the appetiser they serve with ketupat which could be considered a meal for some people. We think that by cutting down the portion of the food, they could sell the same food with cheaper price.
